教育者、投資家、不動産コンサルタント1966年生まれ 大学卒業後、高校教師として勤務しながら、1998年教育サービス(教室経営、留学サービス)を行う。2000年より、不動産投資に興味を持ち、日本で数件の不動産を購入。まだ、民泊という語がない時代より外国の人々の宿泊サービスや観光案内サービスをする。2009年リーマンショックによりアメリカ物件が大暴落。兼ねてから夢だったアメリカ、フロリダに物件を購入した。以後、教育サービスに従事しながら、不動産投資を行う。今春、アメリカミズーリ州にアメリカ人夫と共に移住(本人は日本ーアメリカを往復)を期に、不動産コンサルタントとして従事している。
